- Colors in beautiful photography/paintings on our walls uplifts and fuels our moods, mind, body, and soul. A beautiful dance of colors fuel much needed emotional changes. Colors are known to help reduce anxiety, fear, and at the same moment they improve brain-power.
- Sleep better to be better. We need sleep to rejuvenate, rebuild, detox and restore. Reduce mindless snacking and screen time in the evening. Choose the color of your comforter, pillows, and sheets to make sleep a happy place to relax.
- Avoid mood crashers! Drinking caffeine gives us false energy and is a mood crasher. Support your mind and body by drinking colorful smoothies or ginger teas in the am.
