Hi, I’m Connie
I am a photographer, poet, certified brain health coach, and published author. I walk the talk when it comes to daily exercise and leading a caffeine-free lifestyle. Exercising on the beach first thing in the morning, or skiing 10,000 feet high in the Rocky mountains inspires my work. I believe there are many opportunities in life to fill our plate with color, kindness, and love.
Colors in photography can feed emotional stability and create a healing effect leaving us with a sense of calm. Soothing eye-pleasing photography may even raise consciousness in the way we think and interact with others.
I’ve found photography, exercise, and asking for support can provide opportunities for improving immunity, brain health, relationships, and emotional wellness. As humans, we don’t just interact with the physical world; we interact on a level of pure energy. The energy world, vibrational energy and all its connections are in, on, and around us.
If we allow trauma, stress, and fear, to rule how we handle our day, we are more likely to suffer from immune deficiencies, mental instabilities, cognitive decline, insomnia, and lethargy .
I graduated in 2003-with a coaching certification, where I learned innovative coaching methods, and healthy lifestyle techniques. Additionally, I am a graduate from Dr. Amen, Brain Health Coaching center, with certification.
My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in photography to improve memory, thinking, mental health, and brain drain.

My second book was published in 2020- Memory Stealers.
Currently I write, speak, and travel from the Atlantic Ocean to the Colorado Rocky Mountains with camera in tote.
I’ve been featured in many online websites and art competitions.
